When you upload a photograph or artwork to ANDYV.CO, that file is provided so we can create your print. This page explains what we collect, why we need it, how it is handled, and the choices you have regarding your uploaded files.

What We Collect

When you use our print builder, you may upload photographs, digital artwork, or other image files that you want us to print.

Where Files Are Stored

Cloud File Storage

Uploaded images are stored using cloud infrastructure used by ANDYV.CO to receive and process customer print files.

These systems are separate from the public portions of our website. Customer image uploads are not intended to be displayed publicly or made available to other customers.

Who Can Access Files

Limited Access

Access to uploaded images is limited to the people and services reasonably necessary to operate the printing service and fulfill your order.

  • Authorized ANDYV.CO personnel
  • Cloud storage and infrastructure providers
  • Services necessary to process or deliver your order
File Retention

How Long We Keep Your Images

Uploaded image files may be retained for up to 30 days after your order has been fulfilled so we can complete production, address printing problems, handle reprints, or assist with order-related support. After the applicable retention period, files are scheduled for deletion when they are no longer reasonably needed.

File Deletion

When Your Files Are Deleted

Uploaded files are removed when they are no longer reasonably needed for printing, order fulfillment, customer support, or other legitimate business and legal requirements. You may also contact us to request deletion of an uploaded image.

Order Completed Files may remain temporarily available after production in case an order issue or reprint needs to be handled.
Retention Period Ends Files that are no longer needed are scheduled for removal from active storage.
Deletion Request Customers may contact us and request deletion of their uploaded image files.
Service Providers

Outside Services May Help Process Your Files

ANDYV.CO may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to securely transmit, store, process, or manage uploaded image files and customer orders. These providers receive information only as needed to provide services to ANDYV.CO.

These services may include cloud storage, website infrastructure, payment processing, ecommerce services, shipping services, and other technology providers used to operate our store.

Image Ownership

Your Work Remains Yours

Uploading a photograph, artwork, or other image to ANDYV.CO for printing does not transfer ownership of that image to ANDYV.CO. You retain your rights in the content you upload.

By uploading an image, you give ANDYV.CO permission to use that file only as reasonably necessary to provide the printing services you requested, including preparing, reviewing, producing, and supporting your order.
